Select Areas or Wait List

Only ONE AGENT is allowed to mail AgentMailings® reports to each target area. If an area is available, a check box will appear under the heading "Select Areas". Checking this box will enable you the opportunity to lock in your areas on an exclusive basis.

If the area is already mailed, a check box will appear under the heading "Wait List". To place yourself on a Wait List, simply check the Wait List box. If the area becomes available, agents on the Wait List will be contacted in the order they made their request.

Finding SFH/Condo Rentals or Apartments

The MAP shows SFH/Condo Rentals by zip code with YELLOW oval circles. Clicking on a yellow circle shows how many renters there are in the zip code by Household Income (HHI). The number of renters shown in GREEN are available while those in RED are exclusively being mailed to by another agent.

The MAP also shows Apartments with above average rental rates using RED and GREEN circles. Clicking on a circle shows the name of the Apartment. GREEN circles are available while RED circles are exclusively being mailed to by another agent.

If the Apartment you want is not on the list, please contact us. We will locate and add it to our database at no obligation to you.

Only SFH/Condo Renters and Apartments with a "Modeled Credit Score" of 600+ are shown. Summarized Credit Statistics data is derived from one of the top national consumer credit files and characterizes the likely consumer credit activity in a neighborhood. The information is calculated by aggregating the available consumer credit data in each ZIP+4.® The Median Equivalency Score helps you identify areas that may be more or less likely to have future derogatory credit activity. The score is statistically derived using factors such as mortgage, retail and other tradeline information aggregated at the ZIP+4® level. They do not communicate any individual credit histories, but rather depict the consumer credit activity in a finite neighbor.

Similarily, Household Income (HHI) is also estimated at the ZIP+4® level.
