AgentMailings® Home Buyer Reports enable you to acquire new clients looking to purchase a home. These up-to-date, informative and interesting reports are delivered directly to renters of single-family homes and condos with modeled credit scores of 600 or higher. Sixty percent of renters do not even qualify. Your marketing material is put directly into the hands of those most likely to qualify to purchase a home right away. Qualified renters are classified by income within their current zip code. The Home Buyer Reports can also be sent to complete rental communities, apartment buildings and complexes, allowing you to take ownership of that community.
When you choose your list of qualified buyers, they are exclusively yours. AgentMailings® will never deliver reports to them on behalf of any other real estate agent as long as you continue sending them your reports.
The Home Buyer Reports are mailed every 30, 45 or 60 days as you decide. This provides consistent contact with prospects, building relationships and trust, leading to additional business opportunities.
