While 2009 has had its challenges, we can't help but be optimistic about the direction we are heading.  Our  new, exciting products are being embraced by agencies large and small. With the extension of the homebuyer's tax credit being approved by Congress and signed by the president, homebuyers have until next June to close on their new home. This extension expands the benefit beyond just "first-time" homebuyers, and raises the income limits.
